GOLF TOURNAMENT

“Tee it Up … For the Kids!”

The 2024 Wes Geary Memorial Golf Tournament benefiting Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services will be held on Monday, October 7th at the Westridge Golf Course in McKinney. Pastor Karl is putting together a four (4) person scramble team so if you are interested in playing, please let him know. The more the merrier and it is for a good cause. Entry fee is $135 and it covers green fee and cart, buffet lunch, drink and raffle tickets, practice balls, mulligans, and a goodie bag. Along with the raffle there are prizes for several things. Check-in and lunch begin between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Registration deadline is Friday, September 30th.

GILMONT ANNUAL BATTLE OF THE BAGS

The annual Cornhole Tournament at Camp Gilmont is Saturday, October 12th this year. Come enjoy the experience of competition in a family friendly environment, all while helping to raise needed funds for Camp Gilmont. If cornhole is not your “bag”, there is tasty BBQ, a silent auction, football, and wonderful music all in the great outdoors. GATHER AND GAMES

We are kicking off our first mix and mingle event at the Wooldridge’s home on Saturday, October 19th at 7:00 p.m. Kirk and Karrie are hosting a fun game night.  You can try your hand at ladder golf, poker, corn hole, and other games. Not a game player?  Just come and enjoy the fun!  Kirk will supply the games; he asks that those attending bring any special drinks or food they would like to consume/share.  We are looking for a big crowd for this event, so bring your family and friends.  Watch for the signup sheet in the Narthex
