March 22 – Fifth Sunday of Lent (10:30 a.m.)

March 29 – Palm/Passion Sunday (10:30 a.m.) and Annual Easter Egg Hunt (1:00 p.m.)

April 2 – Maundy Thursday Worship (7:30 p.m.)

April 3 – Good Friday Tenebrae Worship (7:30 p.m.)

April 5 – Resurrection of the Lord/Easter Sunday (10:30 a.m.)

 

1)   Bring in small INDIVIDUALLY packaged candies such as gummy bears, starbursts, jellybeans, Twizzlers, and/or tootsie rolls. This year we would like to add stickers also. The eggs have already been purchased.     No chocolate. It tends to melt. 

Please bring the to the church no later than Sunday, March 22nd. 

 

2)    On Sunday, March 22nd, we need several volunteers to help fill 1,800 Easter Eggs (already purchased) with the candy and stickers. Takes about an hour and is a fun time. Lunch will be provided. 

 

3)    We need approximately twenty (20) volunteers on Sunday, March 29th (Palm Sunday), to stay after church to help set up and run the event. Lunch will be provided for the volunteers.

Many hands make for light work for all. 

Besides, it is a lot of fun to see the kids and their parents searching for eggs.

BUNNY BASH at FAMILY GATEWAY

Come celebrate spring with the families at Family Gateway by decorating your car, dressing in your favorite bunny-themed outfit, hosting a fun activity or game, sharing Easter candy with the kids, and helping create a magical evening for the families. 

This will be held at Family Gateway North, 

19373 Preston Road, Dallas, on 

Thursday, March 26th 

with set up beginning at 5:00 p.m. through 6:00 p.m. 

and the event from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
