The congregation of Bentwood Trail Presbyterian Church is pleased to announce the selection of Reverend Karl E. Schwarz as their new solo pastor. We are filled with gratitude and love for Pastor Karl for his leadership and pastoral support over the last 2 years in his role as our interim Pastor. We have been fortunate to experience his strong faith, spirit, teaching, preaching and compassion during this time of pandemic and its many challenges. We look forward to working hand-in-hand with Pastor Karl as we continue to share the good news of God’s love in North Dallas and the surrounding community! Camp Gilmont: Battle of the Bags and Dedication/Commissioning of new Welcome Center and Spradlin Lodge
Saturday, October 10th, 10:00 AM at 6075 State Highway 155 N Gilmer, TX 75644
Now is the time to make your plans. 
Register your team, grab your spectator tickets, and come ready to play, cheer, and spend the day at camp.
But the celebration won’t end when the final bag is thrown. 
After we crown this year’s Battle of the Bags champions, we’ll gather for the Dedication & Commissioning of the new Welcome Center and Spradlin Lodge. Together, we will give thanks for the generosity, vision, and many hands that brought these spaces to life and commission them for the ministry still to come. 
With 20 new guest rooms and new spaces to welcome and gather, this project opens the door for even more people to find belonging, experience creation, and make meaningful connections at Gilmont.
